Playtomic Fees for Clubs: Manager Plans, Commission and Player Service Fees

Playtomic clubs can pay in up to three ways: a Playtomic Manager subscription, a commission on online bookings and, depending on the country, a service fee paid by players or absorbed by the club. Playtomic publishes how these work, but its help pages say the commission percentage is set in each club's contract, so no public figure applies to every club.

This guide explains what Playtomic's official pages say, what they don't, and how to work out your own cost. It was last checked on 5 November 2026. Kodlify is independent, is not affiliated with Playtomic and sells custom booking software that clubs may consider as an alternative, so please check the linked sources and your own contract.
