Subscription policies

The commercial terms behind every plan, in plain language. Your written agreement always takes precedence.

What the setup fee covers
Building, configuring, branding and launching the website, app or platform in your plan. It is paid once, when the project begins.
When monthly payments are due
The monthly fee starts when your product goes live and is invoiced monthly. Invoices are due within 14 days.
How priorities are managed
Security issues and anything that stops your product working come first. Other requests go onto a shared list that you can see. Business, Pro and Custom plans get priority handling.
Code and data if a subscription ends
Your data and content are always yours, and we help you export them if you leave. Transfer of the code itself is set out in your agreement.Wording to be confirmed
Cancellation notice
You can cancel a subscription with 30 days' written notice.

Pricing questions

How much does a padel booking app cost?

Online booking is included from the mobile Business plan and the web Pro plan upwards, so those plans are a good guide. If you need custom rules, open matches or tournaments, we can quote it as a fixed-price project instead.

What's the difference between project and subscription?

A project has a fixed price for an agreed scope, paid in milestones, and you own the custom code once it is paid in full. A subscription has a lower setup fee plus a monthly fee that covers hosting, security, maintenance and support.

Do we own the code?

On project-based work, yes: ownership of the custom software passes to you once it is paid in full. On a subscription your data is always yours, and transfer of the code is set out in your agreement.

Can we switch models?

Yes. After a project launches you can move to a monthly plan for hosting and maintenance, and subscription clients can upgrade between plans as they grow.

Are there hidden costs?

No. A few costs are paid directly to third parties, such as Apple and Google developer accounts, payment provider fees or SMS charges. We list them before you sign.

Are App Store and Google Play fees included?

No. Apple and Google charge their developer account fees directly. We help you set up the accounts and handle the submission.
