Sports club software questions, answered
Getting started
What does Kodlify do?
We design and build software for the sports industry: court and pitch booking systems, club and academy management tools, websites, iOS and Android apps, and custom platforms. We can also host and maintain what we build.
More about KodlifyWhich sports do you work with?
Padel is our main focus. We also work with tennis, pickleball, football, golf and basketball, and most court, pitch or class-based sports follow similar patterns.
Why we focus on sportWho do you usually work with?
Club owners, facility operators, academy directors, coaches and sports-tech founders. Some come with a detailed brief; others start with a problem they want solved.
How do we start a project?
Send us a short description through the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp. We reply within 24 hours and suggest a call to understand what you need.

Yes. We work remotely, with video calls, a shared project board and regular demos, so your location is not a barrier.
Pricing and engagement
How much does sports club software cost?
It depends on scope. A website costs far less than a booking platform with payments and a mobile app. You can get a fixed project quote or choose a subscription plan with a setup fee and a monthly fee.
See plans and pricesWhat is the difference between project-based and subscription?
Project-based means a fixed price for an agreed scope, paid in milestones, and you own the custom code once it is paid in full. A subscription means a lower setup fee plus a monthly fee that covers hosting, security, maintenance and support.
Compare the two modelsWhat does the setup fee cover?
The initial build, configuration, branding, deployment and go-live of the website, app or platform in your plan. You pay it once, when the project begins.
See what each plan includesWhat does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting and infrastructure, SSL, security monitoring, backups, routine maintenance and updates, bug fixes and technical support. Larger new features are quoted separately.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Some costs are paid directly to third parties, such as Apple and Google developer accounts, payment provider fees or SMS charges. We list these before you sign so there are no surprises.
Technical
Which technologies do you use?
Mostly Next.js and React for the web, React Native or Flutter for mobile apps, and Node.js or Python on the server, with databases such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB. We choose the stack that best fits your project and budget.
Can members pay online?
Yes. We integrate payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal for bookings, memberships and class packs. Card details are handled by the provider, never stored on your system.
Can you connect to the systems we already use?
Usually, yes. We can connect to existing booking tools, accounting software, calendars, access control or payment systems, as long as they offer an API or data export.
How we plan integrationsWill the app work on both iPhone and Android?
Yes. We build cross-platform apps that run on iOS and Android from one codebase, and we help with App Store and Google Play submission.
How do you protect our members' data?
Logins, permissions, encryption in transit and regular backups are planned in from the start. When we build for your club, your club controls its members' data and we process it on your behalf.

What support do we get after launch?
Every project includes 30 days of support after go-live for fixes and questions. After that you can choose a monthly plan for ongoing hosting, maintenance and support.
See monthly plansWho hosts the software?
On a subscription, we host and manage it for you. On a project, we can host it under a maintenance plan or hand it over to your own hosting account.
Can we add features later?
Yes. Most clubs start with the essentials and add features once members are using the product. We scope each addition and quote it before any work starts.
Tell us what you want to addDo we own the code?
On project-based work, ownership of the custom software passes to you once it is paid in full. Kodlify keeps its own reusable tools and libraries and gives you a permanent licence to use them in your product.
